CHELSEA are aiming to bring in some serious talent during the summer transfer window, but Antonio Conte will do well to keep hold of all his current stars.

are lining up a move for former striker Romelu Lukaku, while they are also in
the hunt for James Rodriguez and Tiemoue Bakayoko.

Conte should have plenty of money to spend after Chelsea’s
success last season, but the Italian will do well to keep hold of prized asset
Eden Hazard amid interest from Real Madrid.

Terry will definitely be leaving the club when his contract expires but his
next destination is unknown, while Diego Costa has been told he is no longer
